If your garment arrives and it is not quite right, we do accept returns on items that are not worn, damaged or washed.
All tags must be in place.
To Return a Garment for a Refund : Please follow the following steps
The garment must be returned within a 48 hour window of receiving itand with a tracking number.

2. The garment must be returned in the same way it was sent to you.
( please note if you do not return the item with a tracking number and the parcel gets lost we will not refund you)
3. Postage is added on at checkout with a flat rate , if the item you have received is not what you are after and you wish to return it for a refund, you will be refunded minus the cost of postage.
Customers will be expected to pay the return postage fee
Once received we will throughly check the item to ensure it is in perfect condition before issuing the refund. We will refund within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Exchanges : Exchanges will be conducted at no extra cost to the customer
These items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. Please note exchanges are subject to item availability. If your item is unavailable we will offer an online credit or credit to spend in our store.
We do not accept returns and refunds on sale items.
Items cannot be exchanged if bought at a Market, Sale or Launch.
