If your garment arrives and it is not quite right, we do except returns on items that are not, unworn, damaged or washed.
All tags must be in place. Please ensure to try on your garment in an environment where no damage is going to occur, with no make up on etc.
The garment must be returned within a 48 hour window of receiving it and with a tracking number, please note if you do not return the item with a tracking number and the parcel gets lost we will not refund you.
If you would like to arrange a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received we will throughly check the item to ensure it is in perfect condition before issuing the refund. We will refund within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Exchanges : Exchanges will be conducted at no extra cost to the customer
These items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. Please note exchanges are subject to item availability. If your item is unavailable we will offer an online credit or credit to spend in our store.
Postage is included in our final price, if the item you have bought is not what you are after and you need to return it for a refund, you will be refunded minus the cost of postage.
Customers will be expected to pay the return postage fee.
We do not accept returns and refunds on sale items.
Items cannot be exchanged after an event such as a market, sale or launch.
