Recycled Denim Pants

Small Changes for big Impact, we look at our Ada Pant in Re-generated Denim.

At Ricepaper we are inspired by small changes that make a big impact. We all have a shared purpose to care for the planet and a minor part of the fashion space is currently trying to do so. The New Denim Project is a third generation owned textile mill, focusing on natural fibres and circular manufacturing.

We are so excited that our Ada Cigarette Pant fabric has been manufactured from their Re-Generated Denim - which is a fibre that has been created from collecting and sorting post - industrial waste from local garment factories, these fibres then get grounded back into fibre before being spun into new yarns and weaves - it is a complete cycle that is chemical free, dye free and uses minimal water and energy to do so. Making the carbon footprint small and completely circular, which is rare for denim to be produced.

From our long standing relationship with manufacturing our garments sustainably and ethically, The Ada Pant really ticks all the boxes as we have full transparency across the style from start to finish.

The style is a beautiful light weight option for spring/ summer, it is easily paired back with our knits from our Flora range and other separates in the Flora Collection.

We are so proud to tell its story and you should be too.
